LucentFire

Pricing

Before you buy — who you are paying. LucentFire is a service of BenevolentSky LLC. Checkout, your invoice, your card statement, and your saved-payment record at link.com will all show BenevolentSky — not LucentFire. Same company; we would rather you read that here than wonder about it on a statement later.

One number to understand first: a flight is one full deliberation. Six frontier models from rival labs argue your question across rounds, judges from competing labs harvest the disagreement name-blind, and you keep a sealed record with the transcript, the observed serving providers, the cost to the cent, and per-claim calibration with falsifiers. Not a chat turn — a complete deliberation, typically 5–12 minutes.

What you are actually buying

Not a better answer. A defensible one. Ask a single model and you get an answer that is frequently correct and impossible to demonstrate: it is ephemeral, it has no provable origin, and nothing independent checked it. That costs you nothing right up until somebody with the standing to overrule you asks how you got there.

A flight ends with the artifact built for that moment — six rival models on the record, judges from competing labs, exact model versions, dissent preserved rather than smoothed into consensus, falsifiers written down before the outcome, and a seal whose date is anchored to public timestamp calendars and to Bitcoin. Someone who distrusts us entirely can still prove when it happened, using a client we did not write.

So the honest comparison is not a free chat window, which is cheaper than us and always will be. It is the hours you would otherwise spend making one answer survive scrutiny — and the decisions that go badly when it does not.

The promise we will actually keep

If you stop flying, we will email you and say so. A subscription quietly billing for something you are not using is the business model we refuse to run. If your flights go unused across billing cycles, expect a note from us suggesting you pause or drop a pack — not a renewal notice hoping you do not read it. This is a standing commitment, written here so you can hold us to it.

Changing or cancelling

Write to support@benevolentsky.com and we will add, drop, or cancel the same day — a person makes the change and confirms it by email. We are not going to claim a self-service billing portal we have not built; when one exists, this paragraph will say so. Flights you have already paid for stay yours either way: credits never expire and they survive cancellation.

Not ready to spend anything

How the credits land

Automatically, within seconds of your payment clearing, with an email confirming they are there. Use the same address at checkout that your LucentFire seat uses so we can match them — and if you buy before you have a seat, that is fine: the credits are held and land the moment you claim one. If anything looks wrong, write to support@benevolentsky.com and a person will fix it.

What a flight costs us, since we publish that too

Every sealed record shows the deliberation's own model-call spend to the cent — typically $0.50–1.15. We are not hiding the margin; the price buys the instrument, the discipline, and a record that survives scrutiny, not the tokens. See what we publish about our own accuracy, including the calls we got wrong.

Larger needs

Team seats, higher volume, a restricted roster for sensitive work, or an analysis delivered rather than run yourself — write to support@benevolentsky.com. A person answers, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
