KILL THE HELIUM DISQUALIFICATION. This campaign's central claim — that a contiguous silica path passes ~1e-15 mbar·L/s of He against a ~5e-21 mbar·L/s budget and is therefore disqualified, forcing a silica-free crystalline wall and a guard plenum — was produced inside this room with no cited permeability coefficient, no real feedthrough geometry, and no confrontation with any package that already exists. Do not improve it. Break it. Prosecute four charges: (1) the flux is wrong by orders of magnitude because the 1 mm2 / 0.1 mm slab is not a fiber — a single-mode fiber presents ~1e-4 cm2 of glass over a millimetres-long axial path, and named permeability data may put the true influx at or below 1e-20 mbar·L/s; (2) the material dichotomy is false — aluminosilicate glasses are reported orders of magnitude less He-permeable than fused silica or borosilicate, so 'silica-free' is an over-broad demand and glass may re-enter the wall; (3) the zero-noble-pump-speed premise is unsourced — sputter-ion burial and cold physisorption give nonzero He speed, and even 1e-8 L/s moves the admissible influx by decades; (4) the empirical charge, which is the sharpest — passively pumped cold-atom and MEMS clock cells with silicate windows have measured pressures and measured He ingress rates in the open literature; if any of them holds <=1e-10 mbar with glass in the wall, the claim is dead and cycles 1-2 built an architecture around a phantom. Also verify the target metric itself against the actual Perrseus solicitation text. State the surviving position, if any, with the number that would falsify it.

The question put to the room

What survived
- 'Silica-free crystalline wall' is over-broad: measured cell data (BSG ~2e-19 vs ASG ≤3–6e-22 m²·s⁻¹·Pa⁻¹; Corning 1720 ~4 decades below Pyrex at 70 °C) put 1720-class aluminosilicate 2.5–4.5 decades below borosilicate, so glass re-enters the wall and the guard plenum is unearned.
- The ~5e-21 mbar·L/s budget and the 5 mL / 1e-10 mbar / 3-yr / total-vs-partial metric were never traced to any primary document in three rounds; the disqualification is a numerator without a sourced denominator.
- The crystalline architecture rests on absence of evidence, not evidence: after three rounds no sourced He permeation coefficient exists for fused silica, sapphire, or single-crystal Si at 25 °C or 85 °C, and no passively pumped package with a silicate element in the wall and a measured ≤1e-10 mbar was produced either.
