What survived
- Aluminosilicate (1720-class) glass re-enters the vacuum wall: RETRIEVED K_He(ASG,70 °C)=1.3±0.2e-21 vs BSG 5.9±0.7e-19 m²·s⁻¹·Pa⁻¹ puts practical ASG windows 2–4 decades below the assumed 5e-21 mbar·L/s budget, so 'silica-free crystalline wall + guard plenum' is over-broad and unearned.
- The disqualification's denominator is still unsourced: no Perrseus solicitation text, and hence no verified 5 mL / 1e-10 mbar / 3 yr, no torr-vs-mbar, no total-vs-partial — a second campaign has now failed to trace it.
- 'Zero noble-gas pump speed' is true only of NEG getters and is otherwise an engineering election, not vacuum physics; but no ion micropump with a verified S(He) and verified CH4/CO load below getter capacity was produced, so the election stands unrefuted for this architecture.
